退款政策

在 empwr.ed,我们相信教育的力量可以改变生活,我们致力于提供卓越的服务,帮助您实现目标。但是,我们也明白情况可能会发生变化,从而需要退款。我们希望您会发现此退款政策透明且符合我们为您服务的使命。

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Completion Requirement: You must complete a given program or the assignments before asking for a refund.

  2. Proof of Completion & Engagement: Submit evidence such as completion certificates, assignment submission records or class participation records that demonstrate engagement & effort given. We value our content, delivery & service offering and therefore would like to ensure that it was given the right attention, engagement & effort that is necessary to reap its benefits.

  3. Timely Request: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of program completion.

 

Refund Process:

  • Contact Us: Email our admissions team at admissions@empwred.sg with your details and reasons for the refund.

  • Review: Our admissions team will review your request, which may take up to 10 business days.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days.

 

Non-Refundable:

  • Digital products and downloadable resources.

  • Services fully rendered.

  • Requests beyond 30 days of completion.

 

Changes to Policy:

empwr.ed may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on our site.

For each of us who intend to bring about a transformational change in ourselves, our children and the future of the world - through education, we thank you for your trust in us and for your strong support and partnership. Do let us know if we can do anything more than what we’re doing already to help you, or to improve our program offerings / services, because more than a refund, it would then mean that we both did our best.
