Jaydeep Saha
Founder and CEO
Jaydeep is an accomplished technology leader with over 23 years of performance driven international experience in leading large scale digital transformation programs in multiple industry domains. He has led and managed large distributed cross-cultural teams within the extended organisation across Asia, USA, Australia, UK & Europe, having worked for TIBCO, Oracle, Salesforce, Las Vegas Sands, BAE Systems and Reliance.
Jaydeep lives in Singapore with his wife & 2 children. In his spare time he loves to read, go for long walks on the beach and play tennis with friends.

Karina Saridewi
Board Advisor
Karina is the Director & Co-Founder of the highly successful & multinational Executive Recruitment firm WeNetwork. She is based out of Jakarta, Indonesia.
With over 16 years of experience, her career began in the USA as a finance professional. She then moved back to Indonesia, working with top Fortune 500 companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
She has successfully pivoted her career twice, transitioning from a finance professional to an executive search specialist. In her role at a global, listed search firm, she led the Finance, HR, and Legal functions. She is now an entrepreneur, leading the Pan-Asian Executive Search Firm, WeNetwork.
Karina holds an EMBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Dr. Prem Shamdasani
Board Advisor
Prem is the Academic Director of The NUS Executive MBA & a Professor of Marketing at the NUS Business School. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
Prem has more than 30 years of demonstrated history working in the education management industry. He is highly skilled in lecturing, executive training and development, consulting and mentoring in Marketing Strategy and Execution, Customer-Centricity, and Brand Management and Alignment.
Aside from teaching in the MBA and Executive MBA programs at NUS Business School and globally, he has consulted, designed and conducted customized executive programs for more than 110 private and public organizations including Microsoft, IBM, Samsung, Sony, Nokia, OPPO, Fuji Xerox, HSBC, DBS, Axis Bank, L'Oreal, Sompo, SBI Life, Abbot, B. Braun, Bayer, GSK, UPS, USDA and UNICEF.
