PHOENIX is a 10 week (100% ONLINE) program delivered live (not recorded) by a combination of distinguished international educators and global industry leaders from various parts of the world. Through these virtual classroom sessions students go through a step-by-step rigorous training to develop a deep understanding of how a modern & international workplace functions, what values, attitudes and behaviours are important for the most valued global brands when they look at their best employees. Students learn and master the development methods and techniques through practice and stay aligned with the changing industry demands independently. Finally, they explore the multiple career options that are available to young adults in the modern, global workplace.

Through PHOENIX, students develop a growth mindset through experiential learning and international exposure. Here, students learn new skills, frameworks and methods that are essential for them to be successful both in personal and professional life. The program also involves deep engagement with the students for effective guidance that spans beyond the classroom and on building long-term development goals.

During this 10-week program, students interact and receive continuous guidance from career-councillors on the various career options and appropriate career paths that each individual might pursue. Final year students also have the option to face a series of mock interviews & receive 360-feedback assessment on their individual performance, that reflects the impact of their newly acquired skills.
